The week started in the normal pace and there were not much of adventure or new exploration - I will try to document day by day though, anyway.
In Last week's Design Thinking Workshop, we tailored the method just to cover "Personas and Empathy Maps", "As-Is Scenario" and "To-Be Scenario" to fit in the project scenario. We started with the "Ideation" phase of Design Thinking among ourselves on Monday to chalk out recommendations draft.
